- Mention your struggle which you have to face to start your venture
Initially I was hesitant in reaching out to people and pitching financial products as most people perceived it as "selling" products for commission. Also financial advisory is a predominantly male dominated profession, so it took a lot of perseverance on my part to prove my worth.

- From when you have started
I started in 2007

- Family Support
My family has been very supportive as it is not easy to go out and work as both my children are very young. They have always been there to take care of them in my absence.

- Reaction of your family/friends or well wishers on choosing your passion
Initially they were very skeptical but then they realized that this is what I am passionate about so then they became neutral.

- Ups and Downs Being an entrepreneur
Balancing Family and Professional life certainly is a challenge plus being taken seriously by clients since many have preconceived  notions about  the rights and wrongs when faced with financial decisions.

- Your Dream
I wish to assist more and more people to achieve their financial goals efficiently and empower them to take the right financial decisions.

- Are you happy choosing your way to be an entrepreneur?
Yes definitely I am really happy as an entrepreneur. As it allows me the time flexibility, I can carve a niche market for myself  along with balancing my working and home life and along with all this it gives me great satisfaction to be able to guide my clients and help them plan their finances as in today’s time it is extremely important to be secure financially.

- Difficulties you have to face being a women in your field
As there are very less women in this field male associates are hesitant to talk which limits engaging  into discussions about work possibilities. Sometimes even clients are hesitant to discuss money matters with a woman.

- What do you think about necessity of empowerment of woman
Financial literacy is very important aspect of Independence.  Apart from earning, girls should participate in investment decisions too. If they make money management decisions they will be more independent and secure.

- Any special comment you want to convey to women who are following you
I urge more and more women should choose to be a financial adviser as it allows you great time flexibility and dependable earning.  Or if they don’t want to pursue it as a carrier at least they should be educated in this field so they are aware of the financial decisions they make.

- Follow her through
