Intelligent Konversations, Unending coffee cups and totally in sync communication - When you feel free to converse, you feel limitless. As long as konversations flow, coffee/tea cups are relinquished, konversations won't stop at Kaffeinated Konversations - A registered community built for readers, writers and artists from different walks of life

My in-laws are not much into serious pursuit of reading and writing therefore they found it odd to have a startup on the basis of it. Though they haven’t played an active role in my efforts, they have not even denied me the right to live my dream. My brothers in law have from time to time contributed to keeping me encouraged.

- Reaction of your family/friends or well-wishers on choosing your passion

Not all have understood what I do however now that they realize that I believe in this they don’t comment or try to discourage me.

- Ups and Downs Being an entrepreneur

Convincing people that the idea is really amazing and then getting them to sponsor events/ fund the initiative is a really tough job. People think it as dead investment which is a case of really bad perception.

To be Serial Entrepreneur. There are many things and problems that need to be tackled and solutions to be brought in

- Difficulties you have to face being a women in your field 

People don’t take me seriously and think this is some hobby project of mine

People tend to discourage me sometimes by commenting that I’m wasting my time

- What do you think about necessity of empowerment of woman

True empowerment shall come when women rise to challenge and prove their mettle. There cannot be fight for the right of equality because already women are doing more than men can actually manage. The day men accept the women in their lives to be the true contributors to life worth living; it’s the best power they can bestow on any woman.

- Any special comment you want to convey to women who are following you 

Rising Above no matter what your circumstances are. Believe in yourself and shrug off what people say. Everyone has right to their opinions but only you know the facts about your passion.
