- Mention your struggle which you have to face to start your venture

When I decided to start my outsourcing unit, I was in China. I wanted to establish it to Indore, India. I was having 10 years of experience in business development & operations, but I was not having any experience in BPO sector. After coming to India in March'13, went to Pune & Mumbai. Visited & studied more than 50 BPO then made a plan for BeyondEdge Infosolution.

Started with minimum cash in hand around Rs.1 lakh .

Family always given personal support never took objection while doing work for 18 hrs in a day, also.

I have Not taken any other support. running it by my own.

My life partner is working with reputed organization at higher post. He always supported me in my mission & vision.

- Reaction of your family/friends or well wishers on choosing your passion

They always say that you deserve it. you have a caliber to become a successful entrepreneur. They are real well wishers for me.

- Ups and Downs Being an Entrepreneur

Having vast experience in education industry's/ other industry's business development, got very good response from Education institute/ other institutes, but as I could not spend proper time for Business development ( due to involvement in operations), at some juncture, I faced problem of work of my choice. I was getting low margin projects, so meeting financial need is a challenge, but we are continuously punting efforts & sure about our plans. As an organization ByondEdge is firm in his quality services & values.

- Your Dream

By outsourcing business we want to deliver the best. Wish to create an organization which gives employment to the needy people. Organization wants to give them quality of life, so they will give health & education to their family.

- Are you happy choosing your way to be an entrepreneur?

Yes, I am very happy. I always worked as entrepreneur, even when I was doing Job. The only difference is that, now I am doing job for many companies. I am enjoying my entrepreneurship, as it gives me freedom to implement creative & different ideas.

- Difficulties you have to face being women in your field 

NOTHING. In my whole life I never faced any difficulty, being a female. We are in professional world so there is no gender specification is needed. 

- What do you think about necessity of empowerment of woman

Need to give equal empowerment by Government; Society & Family will serve the purpose. At many places/ countries/ societies /families, people do not give equal power, so problem arises.

Example - In my visits to USA, I found that t they treat woman with equal importance/ equal power/ equal caliber. Similarly when I visited Emirates, they have different perspective for women.

- Any special comment you want to convey to women who are following you 

Scientifically/ biologically women are like- they can understand situation batter, connect/relate to others batter, think in all directions, can balance EQ & IQ. So explore all your qualities of women & excel in professional & personal life. Above all keep yourself positive & healthy. Come out from comfort zone. It will give you Success & Happiness!!
