Introduction :

She is proudly representing India at International Level by providing services as an IPR expert to intergoverment organisations. Her education is B.com (Bachelors of Commerce), LL.B (Bachelors in Laws), LL.M (Masters in Laws) and she is a practicing Advocate since 2004.
She is one of the few selected lawyers in India to get honorary training in advance Intellectual Property rights from Japan Patent Office, Tokyo, Japan.
She also holds an “Advance International Certificate in Intellectual Property Asset Management” from Korean Intellectual Property Office, South Korea and “Certificate in Intellectual Property Rights” from World Intellectual Property Organization, Geneva, Switzerland.
Her past 13 years of experience includes practicing at Gujarat High Court and working with leading IP Law firms of India and Intellectual Property Right (IPR) Law practice.
She has vast experience and has handled matters for small firms to well-known national and multinational companies in the fields of pharmaceuticals and FMCGs to educational institutes and public celebrities. She has successfully worked on diversified IPR law matters and her practice includes Trademarks, patents, Copyrights, Designs, Geographic Indications, Domain disputes – National and International Registrations, oppositions, rectifications, litigations, assignments/sale or rights, licenses, mortgage/hypothecation, Trainings etc.
