Rekha Adhwaryu has started her journey from the NSS camp during her college days, and discovered her passion to serve the society.
She actively participated and contributed in many different social services activities. Later on, she started empowering women via her own Ruchi Gruh Udhyog (Small scale manufacturing unit of organic food products), provided training of manufacturing organic mouth freshners, spices, long lasting fruit juice and other handicraft product to 500-800 women throughout the Gujarat.
Then, in 2012 she handover Ruchi Gruh Udhyog to her company women and founded Utkarsh Trust to take a step ahead for the welfare and empowerment of females in our society.
UTKARSH Charitable Trust is a registered, non-profit organization, their mission is to assist women in getting the education or training and resources they need for career development.
They promote self-sufficiency and self-improvement. They try to establish their identity in society through organizing exhibitions.
